Question: “How do I change or cancel a purchase?”

Answer:

"Call our phone number and speak to one of our representatives. There is usually a fee for changing or cancelling a reservation.”

 

Question: Is there a time limit on changing a flight?

Answer:

American Airlines: If an American passenger with a non-refundable ticket wants to exchange a ticket, he or she will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to their scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year of the date the original ticket was issued.

Continental Airlines: If a Continental passenger with a non-refundable ticket wants to exchange a ticket, he or she will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to their scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year of the date the original ticket was issued.

Delta Air Lines: If a Delta passenger with a non-refundable ticket wants to exchange a ticket, he or she will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to their scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year of the date the original ticket was issued.

United: If a United passenger with a non-refundable ticket wants to exchange a ticket, he or she will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to their scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year of the date of the original ticket was issued.
 

US Airways: If a US-Air passenger holds a Non-refundable ticket and needs to change their reservation it is necessary that the ticket be used/changed prior to the current Ticketed Travel Date or the ticket will have no value. You are permitted to make this change for a change fee up to 12midnight on the current ticketed day of departure.

Question: What documents do I need to go through airport security?

Answer:

Passengers must present a valid government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport and an airline issued boarding pass for the current date to proceed through airport security to the gate.

Passengers can obtain boarding passes from the airline's ticket counter at the airport, curbside check-in, or the airline's self-service ticket kiosk.
